We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leather Attire. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [email protected] or contact us on whats app ( +44 7309646872) with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Packaging: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on your payment method.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Shoe Returns

• Returned items should be unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged (with no scratches on the sole and upper), and in a resellable condition.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your return will be processed within 7 working days.
• Standard size orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
• Made-to-measure or other customized orders can only be returned for alteration.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
